Three Starcraft were sighted over Portsmouth, NH, at 8:00 PM on September 30, flying at 12,000 feet and crossing each other’s paths beneath the Cygnus constellation. They displayed no interaction or flashing lights, appearing slow-moving and dim, as observers celebrated the first clear night in two weeks.
